However there are limitations to make products such as snuff and alcohol. - The most common credit cards (VISA, Mastercard or American Express) are a good means of payment at any restaurant, cafeteria, hotel and in most shops.

- Public health covers any contingency during our stay on the island of Fuerteventura, with conditions similar to those found in mainland Spain. - The major medical problems occur because of excessive sun exposure and to a lesser extent by some reckless swim in the sea that sometimes surprises with strong eddies. A sunscreen and a bit of caution when taking bath will suffice for an enjoyable holiday on the island.

- The island of Fuerteventura as well as their sisters in the Canary archipelago enjoys an excellent climate throughout the year. - Winter temperatures are around 17 º C and summer 23 degrees.
